Shipping policy

Shipping is on us. We offer free delivery across India on every order, with no minimum order value. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout, inclusive of GST. There are no handling, packing or freight charges added later.

Dispatch and delivery

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation. Built-to-order server configurations are dispatched within 3–5 working days once testing is complete. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days in Delhi NCR and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India, counted from the date of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

Tracking

We send the courier name and tracking link to your email and WhatsApp on the day of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 2 working days, email anandchauhan@serverdukan.com with your order number.

Damaged in transit

Please check the packaging before signing for the delivery. If the carton is damaged or the seal is broken, refuse the delivery or mark the carrier's proof of delivery as damaged, and email anandchauhan@serverdukan.com within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund at our cost. See our Refund and Return Policy.

Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India. We do not ship internationally. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you within one working day and arrange an alternative or a full refund.
